I’ve been working in health coaching for over 15 years—supporting individuals directly and leading teams of coaches behind the scenes.
Before this chapter, I ran a coaching practice called Frisky Lemon Nutrition—equal parts passion project and deep dive into gut health and anti-inflammatory living.
These days, my work is a little less about perfection and a lot more about practicality. I still care deeply about how food supports the body—but now, it’s grounded in what actually works in real life.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most people don’t need more information about what to eat.
They need support making it work in the context of a full, busy life.
As a mom of two and a full-time professional, I understand what it’s like to juggle competing priorities, manage stress, and still want to feel good in your body.
My approach is grounded, flexible, and focused on what’s actually sustainable.
We’ll look at patterns, not just meals—and build something that fits your life, not the other way around.
